Some of the 8th grade art lessons from the 2012-2013 school year:
1.) Still Life drawings- value, highlights, shadows, contour lines and observation.
2.) Victorian "Painted Lady" Architecture unit
3.)  Panama traditional animal Molas- repetition, pattern, design, layers and shapes.

6th grade Texture Bird Pins. Vocabulary= texture, layers, three-dimensional artwork, pattern and shapes.

5th grade Alexander Calder inspired wire sculptures. Students learned how to use pliers and wire cutters along with exploring sculptural mixed media artwork..

8th grade Quilling- I am so proud of the 8th grade students and all of the hard work and dedication they put into these beautiful 3D paper artworks!
